中国留学生Yangyang Zhou和Quan Jiang从中国收购假iPhone，然后以手机不能启动为由，到苹果店更换新iPhone手机，然后再寄回国内。
二人以此从苹果更换了3000多部iPhone，价值90万美元。

检方从他们两人家中搜出300多部假iPhone，邮寄地址，假保险等证据
