给CBP发了封邮件，刚收到回复。CBP不认“同行者”（可能是俺的fellow traveler不准确？），CBP的每个口岸的执行上可能会存在差异？总体而言，俺的理解是只要海关认为你有逃避申报的嫌疑，if persons这个词就用上了。不知理解是否有误，请指正。
form 8300这几天等CBP回复的时候越研究越看不懂，非母语实在辛苦，放弃了。

Thank you for contacting the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Information Center.
CBP does not use the term "fellow traveler". The website states "if persons/family members traveling together have more than $10,000, they cannot divide the currency between each other to avoid declaring the currency." The term "persons" means anyone you are travel with weather be a family member, co-worker, and/or colleagues. (link below)
