LG Electronics has officially announced the 2020 edition of its Gram laptop lineup. The refreshed models include – the LG gram 17 (model 17Z90N), LG gram 15 (model 15Z90N), LG gram 14 (model 14Z90N) and 14-inch LG gram 2-in-1 (model 14T90N). The ultraportables pack 10th generation Intel Core Processor and fill in slightly more juice.
LG Gram 17 highlights
The 2020 LG Gram 17 sports a Wide Quad Extended Graphics Array (WQXGA) IPS display. The graphics are rendered by Intel’s own Iris Plus processing unit coupled with the integrated UHD chip. To keep the heating in check, there is a ‘Mega Cooling System’. Internals carry up to 24GB of dual-channel DDR4 memory.

LG asserts a longer battery life thanks to the 80Wh battery in both the 17Z90N and 15Z90N. Further, it’s future-proofed with Wi-Fi 6 as well.
LG Gram 14, LG Gram 15, and LG Gram 2-in-1
The 15-inch and 14-inch models also get a 2020 design overhaul. Even the LG gram 2-in-1 (model 14T90N), gets a tiny upgrade in the form of Thunderbolt 3 port.
Jang Ik-hwan, head of LG’s IT business division commented, “The LG gram series continues to lead the industry in delivering beyond expectations when it comes to portability without sacrifice. Historically, customers had to choose one feature among performance, portability and battery life. LG gram is proof that this adage is no longer true.”
