You'll have a stock options grant of 1450 shares. HP stock options vest over a four-year period of active employment, where 20% of the total amount granted vests on the first year anniversary of the vesting commencement date, and the remaining amount vests monthly, at a rate of 1/60th of the total amount granted. This monthly vesting continues until the earlier of the option becoming fully vested or your termination of employment with HP.

你可获得1450股的认股权。以参加工作四年为限，授予开始起第一年之内获得股票总数的20%，余下的每月授予总数的1/60，至付清或与HP公司解除合同为止。

HP的股票价格貌似也没多高，50美元左右的样子...而且增长速度很缓慢...那样的浮动...意义并不是很大...

不像是google那样的股票...浮动那么猛...
