Almost every single kind of sexual activity is depicted in this film, in various shades of gratuity, some including extended shots of genitals in various stages of excitement, and also includes anal and vaginal sex, oral sex, necrophilia and pedophilia, and a handful of scenes involving bodily fluids. Most of the sexual activity involves non-consensual sadomasochism, general brutality, and is shown frankly. Incest is also a theme, and is not taken lightly. A lot of real pornographic shots. Necrophilia is something that is quite prominent throughout the film. There are countless sex scenes. There are explicit scenes in which children watch their mother give oral sex unwillingly to a man. There are several lengthy flashbacks in which a man is being raped while unconscious. Probably the most disturbing is a 3 minute scene in which a woman gives birth and her baby is raped. Milos is inadvertently lured into a scene where he and another man rape his wife and son anally.
